Custory Timeline Exporter provides support timeline exports for authenticated merchant support workflows. It is not a legal, accounting, or tax record system.

Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for export use, storage, access, sharing, and deletion outside the app.

Billing

Billing is managed through Shopify App Pricing. The live public plan is Basic with monthly or yearly billing.

Availability

Maintenance, platform changes, Shopify API changes, and network events may affect availability. The app is designed to fail safely and preserve privacy controls.

No data modification

The MVP does not edit storefront themes, checkout, customers, orders, returns, or products.
