Install

Install from Shopify Admin after App Store approval or through the Partner development install flow during review preparation.

Choose Basic Monthly or Basic Yearly from Shopify App Pricing.

Custory requests protected customer data for name and email. Phone and address fields are not requested by default.

Use Dashboard to queue a privacy-safe sync for approved customer, order, and return data.

Search by approved identifiers using HMAC-backed tokens.

Preview events, choose sections, and include or exclude orders, returns, tags, notes, line items, totals, refunds, and internal support notes.

CSV, JSON, printable HTML, and PDF-ready HTML are supported.

Export artifacts default to 24 hours. Timeline cache retention defaults to 365 days.

If PCD or read_returns approval is pending, Custory shows a clear unavailable state instead of querying unavailable fields.
