1. Open the app

Open Custory from Shopify Admin. Authentication uses the active Shopify Admin session; there is no separate login.

2. Choose a plan

Open Billing and use the visible Shopify plan link. Shopify hosts approval and returns you to the app.

3. Run the sync

Open Dashboard and select Run sync. Wait for the displayed job status to complete.

4. Select a customer

Use Customer Finder or Customers. Timeline Builder does not load a default or sample customer.

5. Export

Generate CSV, JSON, or printable HTML. Download completed exports from the authenticated Exports screen.

6. Delete or let expire

Delete a file from Exports when it is no longer needed. Export artifacts expire within 24 hours.

Data coverage

The current version uses only the read_customers and read_orders Shopify API scopes to index approved customer fields and recent order summaries. It does not edit Shopify data and does not claim access to all historical orders.
