1. Open app from Shopify Admin.
2. Show Dashboard and PCD status.
3. Run sync.
4. Search customer.
5. Open Timeline Builder.
6. Include orders, returns, tags, and notes.
7. Generate printable HTML export.
8. Download export.
9. Show export expiry.
10. Open Settings, Privacy mode, and Logs.
