1. Open app from Shopify Admin.
2. Show Dashboard and billing status.
3. Run sync and confirm completed status.
4. Search customer records.
5. Open Timeline Builder.
6. Include orders, returns, tags, and notes.
7. Generate printable HTML export.
8. Download export.
9. Show export expiry.
10. Open Settings, Privacy mode, and Logs.
