Why does it need customer access?
To identify the selected customer and include approved customer context in a support timeline.
Why does it need order access?
To include recent order status, order notes, refunds, and line item summaries where available.
Why does it need return access?
To include return status and return timeline events where approved.
Does it export addresses?
No.
Does it export phone numbers?
No.
Can owner/admin see customer timelines?
No. The owner/admin panel shows operational metadata only.
How long are exports stored?
The default is 24 hours.
Can I delete an export?
Yes.
Can it export all historical orders?
Only if additional all-orders access is approved in the future. The MVP uses currently approved order access.
Does it edit customer or order data?
No.
