Does the app require a separate account?

No. Merchant users authenticate through Shopify Admin.

What does it read?

Approved customer fields and recent order summaries required for the selected customer timeline.

Which Shopify API scopes does it request?

Only read_customers and read_orders. The app does not request write access.

Does it process addresses or phone numbers?

No. Those fields are not requested or exported.

Can it export every historical order?

No. Coverage is limited to the order access Shopify has approved for the app.

How long are export files stored?

Export files expire within 24 hours. Merchants can delete an export earlier.

Which formats are available?

CSV, JSON, and printable HTML.

How do I get support?

Email hakan.olcer@web.de without attaching customer PII or export files.
